What to include in your email

  • Phone number used for Quix Chat (with country code)
  • Device model (for example, iPad Air 11-inch M3)
  • OS version (for example, iPadOS 26.4.1)
  • App version and build number
  • Clear issue description and screenshots/screen recording

Account Deletion

Fastest method (in app):

  1. Open Quix Chat
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Select Delete account
  4. Confirm by typing DELETE

If you cannot access the app: email security@quixyr.com with:

  • Your phone number (with country code)
  • Approximate last sign-in date
  • Your country/region
  • A statement requesting account deletion

For security, we will request additional verification (for example, verification tied to your phone number, OTP verification).
