What to include in your email
- Phone number used for Quix Chat (with country code)
- Device model (for example, iPad Air 11-inch M3)
- OS version (for example, iPadOS 26.4.1)
- App version and build number
- Clear issue description and screenshots/screen recording
Account Deletion
Fastest method (in app):
- Open Quix Chat
- Go to Settings
- Select Delete account
- Confirm by typing DELETE
If you cannot access the app: email security@quixyr.com with:
- Your phone number (with country code)
- Approximate last sign-in date
- Your country/region
- A statement requesting account deletion
For security, we will request additional verification (for example, verification tied to your phone number, OTP verification).
